Use of this website

This website is operated by Swinging Lama Productions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and presents the storyworld 102 Lightyears Away From Home. You may read, link to and share its pages. The content is protected by copyright; see the imprint for details.

Test versions

Free test versions are licensed for personal, non-commercial table use. They may be shared with your own gaming group and may not be resold or redistributed publicly. Version, language, format and size are stated on each adventure page and inside the file.

Customer account

Buying on this website and reaching your purchases needs a customer account, which you create by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account to yourself. You can delete the account at any time on the account page; purchases stay recorded under the e-mail address used at checkout, and signing in again with the same address restores access to them.

Full adventures and audio plays sold on this website

Full adventures and audio plays offered with a Buy button on this website are sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy concludes the purchase contract with you, collects the payment, charges the applicable VAT, issues the invoice and handles refunds and cancellations under its terms of service. Swinging Lama Productions UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides the content and delivers it to your customer account on this website as soon as Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment; downloads are then available on the product page and under Your account. Prices are shown including VAT where Lemon Squeezy applies it; the final amount is stated on the checkout page before you pay.

As a consumer you are informed on the checkout page that the digital content is delivered immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your express consent (§ 356 (5) BGB).

Where a product offers a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval shown until you cancel it under Your account → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a short grace period while the payment is retried.

Purchased files

Files you bought are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use and for use with your own gaming group. They may not be resold, shared publicly or redistributed. The licence note inside each file applies. Keep a copy of your downloads; the files stay available in your account for as long as the product is offered, but we do not guarantee availability indefinitely.

Full adventures and audiobooks sold by external stores

Where a product page links to an external store instead, that store sells the product. Payment, receipts, taxes, refunds, account access and file delivery are governed by that store’s terms, and no contract is concluded on this website for such purchases.

Frostpunkt and other tools for game masters

Frostpunkt is a digital dice table for use within the adventures. It runs in your browser, uses no real money, and stores its bankroll in your browser only. It is provided as is, as a free aid for running sessions.

Community material

Submission of community-created scenes and adventures is not open on this site yet. The rules for rights, moderation and publishing follow with that feature.

Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the use of this website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live.
