About this website

This website is the front door to the storyworld 102 Lightyears Away From Home, created by I.C. Dark and published by Swinging Lama Productions UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The 102 Wiki is a separate website that opens in its own tab and carries its own legal notice.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Purchases made on this website are concluded with Lemon Squeezy, LLC as the merchant of record (see the terms); purchases through an external store are concluded with the store named on the product page, which provides its own legal notice.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of such an infringement, we will remove the content without delay.
