Our target
WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the whole experience: navigation, menus, image sliders, video, audio, downloads, the Frostpunkt dice table, consent controls and outbound store links.
What is in place
- Keyboard access with visible focus, a skip link, logical heading structure and descriptive link names. Links that open a new tab, such as wiki links, say so for screen readers.
- Copy placed on dependable surfaces over imagery; minimum 4.5:1 contrast for text.
- Image sliders have previous and next buttons, a position indicator and alternative text for every image. Slideshows pause on hover and focus, and never auto-play for people who prefer reduced motion.
- Reduced-motion support: the 3D planet stops drifting and snaps between views; reveal animations are disabled; dice in Frostpunkt land without tumbling.
- The 3D layer is decorative and never carries information; every page works without WebGL and without JavaScript. The dice table needs WebGL and says so when it cannot run.
- Video ships with captions and a transcript; audio samples ship with a text alternative and accessible controls.
- Layouts reflow to 320 px wide and 400 % zoom without horizontal scrolling or hidden product actions.
